PEC Organized Events

The Parent Education Committee (PEC) proudly organizes and supports a variety of events throughout the school year to build community, raise funds, and enhance the school experience for students and families. These events are separate from school-organized activities and are planned and run by parent volunteers.

Events We Organize:

Spring Fair – Planning, games, concessions, and vendor coordination

Raffle & 50/50 Draws – Organization and fundraising logistics

School Dances – Full event coordination

Halloween Trunk or Treat – Event planning and concessions

Halloween Spooktacular – Games, pumpkin carving, arts & crafts, and concessions

Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Event planning and logistics

Uniform Sales – Sorting, setup, and sales management

Events We Co-Host & Support:

Christmas Market – Concessions, silent auction, and uniform sales

Sports Day – Concession stand and refreshments
